Pam was hired at REM Commercial in July 2016. She has over 20 years experience in housing, ranging from the Housing Authority to Property Director overseeing management of 10 employees and 400 Section 8 HUD housing units. She has received an Exceptional Service Award, ARM of the year, Manager of the year and also served as Chair of the ARM committee through IREM. She left her career in 2002 to start a family but has now returned. Pam currently is Property Manager of 227 Section 8 HUD based units with REM.
Residential Property Manager
Glorisol attended the University of Bayamón, Puerto Rico where she received her Secretarial Science degree. She moved to the United States in 2005. She began working at The Oaks Apartments in 2015 as manager. In 2017 she began working for REM Commercial as the property manager for the Lorain, Ohio office. Glorisol has also worked as a Realtor's assistant. She is involved in helping the homeless and singing in her church choir. She is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English.

Anna was hired at REM Commercial as the assistant to the President of the company in 2003. She quickly advanced to Commercial property manager. She is familiar with all aspects of property management and maintenance. Over the last 14 years she has been involved in every aspect of the business including, managing Sherwin Williams Corporate assets in 13 states, condo association management, residential property maintenance, commercial property maintenance, and office management.

Cindy was hired at REM Commercial and 2001 and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. She currently oversees new hire processing, payroll, and coordinates employee benefits.

Gary has been the President of REM Commercial since 2006. He is a graduate of Kent State University’s School of Architecture. He received his Real Estate Degree from John Carroll University in 1992. In 2005 he achieved his real estate brokers license. His vast experience in the architecture and construction industry brings valuable insight into property maintenance.

Assistant Residential Property Manager
Jamie was originally hired at REM Commercial in 1996 as a commercial real estate agent. Her responsibilities included negotiating commercial leases, lease renewal, and real estate sales. She left REM in 2004 to pursue a career in dental hygienics. She returned to REM in 2014 to become our residential property manager. Her primary responsibility is client relations as well as tenant relations.

Assistant Property Manager/ Leasing Agent
Keary was originally hired by REM Commercial in 2001 as an administrative assistant in the residential maintenance department. Soon after she became a property manager. She is proficient in tax credit housing certification. She left REM Commercial in 2006 to pursue her real estate license. In 2012 she returned to become the administrative assistant to Susan O’Connor. She also acts as our residential leasing agent.

Susan was hired at REM Commercial in 1993. In 2003 she left for a position with a private management company where she was in charge of managing 436 project based Section 8 units in the Kent area. She came back to REM in 2007 and is currently in charge of running the residential property maintenance department.
