Eland Holdings, LLC is a non-U.S. based property investment company that has recently acquired their first property in the country—here in Ohio. The property consists of four rental units total that the REM Commercial team is now managing.

Challenge:

Being a foreign company, the owners of Eland Holdings needed a property management partner they could trust to help them navigate the ins and outs of real estate and the management of investment properties in America.

At the beginning of our partnership with Eland Holdings, they had just one tenant occupying one of four units. That tenant was behind on rent and struggling, so we set up a manageable payment plan to help them get back on track and be able to stay in their apartment.
