Rental Application Process & Criteria

rental-applicationOne of our highest priorities is to provide a safe, comfortable living and working environment for our residents and managers. For that reason, we require all potential renters to submit an application BEFORE we will schedule an appointment to view available rentals. Because we require this of all interested parties at the outset, we do waive the application fee that other property managers typically charge.

We only ask that you meet a few basic criteria:

  • No formal evictions in the last 60 months.
  • No felonies or drug activity in the last 60 months.
  • No bankruptcies in the last 60 months.
  • Have not been sued for non-payment of rent or damages to rental property.

This application will also help point us in the direction of the right available property for your needs, as some are non-smoking and/or no pets allowed.

All applications are received and processed within one business day. If you are approved, we will contact you to set up an appointment.
