We gladly accept any of the rent payment methods below:
- Card Payment – Login to your resident account to make online rent payments with credit card or debit card. (Note: There is a small processing fee for credit and debit card payments)
- E-check – Use your resident account to make an online rent payment with an electronic funds transfer. There are no processing fees with this payment method. Residents simply enter bank account information to process the transaction.
- Mail – Send a check to the local REM Commercial office nearest to you.
- Drop-Off – Bring the rent payment to your local office during normal business hours. There is also a night drop box at the rear of the building to the right of the entrance door.
Always ensure that you allow ample time for processing your rent payment, especially if you choose to mail or drop-off your payment. Holidays and weekends will increase delivery and processing time.
